My wife and I used your company to move to our new house in Huntington Woods this past Saturday. I just want to say how happy we were with Bill's crew (I'm pretty sure that's his name). They were a 3 person crew and they started loading boxes at our Birmingham house at about 9:30am. All 3 workers took excellent care of all of our items, including an expensive black bar from pottery barn, an elliptical, a couple of easily scratchable leather recliners and a new baby's crib. They also made a second stop down the street to pick up two couches at my sister-in-law's place.

While the move took longer than expected and cost more than originally quoted (probably b/c we had closer to 200 boxes than the 50 I estimated before we started packing!), my wife and I agree that it was absolutely worth it. We have had several horrible moving experiences in the past, and have heard numerous nightmares from others, that it was nice to finally deal with courteous, hard-working, and competent people!

We will absolutely use you for future moves (hopefully not for a while!), have already recommended you to one of our friends, and will unquestionably recommend you to anyone else who needs to move. We really do appreciate everything as we are expecting a baby any day now and have enough on our plates without an added headache from a move!

The staff was professional and courteous from the first phone call to the final move. I received a slightly lower estimate from another company but decided to use this one because of the professional and warm attitude of the individuals who spoke with me on the phone and their apparent expertise and knowledge. The estimator accurately estimated the time and cost involved in the move. I ended up adding a few more things in the move, which explains the slight difference in the price. The movers, themselves, were professional, experienced and had a great attitude. Not even a knick or dent to any single piece of furniture -- and there were several large, bulking pieces of furniture involved. The moving day was bitter cold and windy, but it did not hinder the movers. O'Sullivan made my move easy and painless. I strongly recommend this company.

The truck arrived on the late end of the time frame arranged, but no complaints. The guys were courteous and kept me well-informed during the process. Free wardrobe rental was great. Also, in between the quote and the move the difficulty of my move increased -- I was moving into a third floor unit. This was not a problem for the movers, not a peep from the movers. In the end, I could not be more pleased and this was the best money I ever spent. No hassle, great service and they were an honest company that was straight with me the whole time.

We decided on another company at first when we decided to move. Two days before the actual move they called and told us that an elderly couple needed them to get their belongings out and then they would get to us around 2 pm instead of 8:30 am.
This wasn't going to work out because we had the cable company and the phone company coming out. So we went to our next choice "O'Sullivan Moving". They came early that morning, they were extremely courteous, and not one bump. The amout that we paid was excellent, they tried in every way to have this done the way we wanted it. I would highly recommend this company to anyone at all, they were the best. We were very impressed.

When the truck showed up, they were on the ball and quick. Even with only two guys they were able to move a two-bedroom apartment in under 3 1/2 hours.
